The Limers Association is pleased to present its tenth annual bursary, fittingly named after the late Horace ‘Carl’ Moore, an educator and founding member of the Limers Association who dedicated his life to education and life development. Please visit this page for additional details.
Zakaria is a third-year Business and Society major from York University. The Limers Association hopes that this bursary will assist Zak in completing his studies. Please meet and say hello to Zak when you come to Parangfest.
